Caren Greyling is the Founder of Therapist Collective and a Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner. She has extensive experience supporting individuals with high and complex behavioural needs.
Her practice is rooted in evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support, focusing strongly on understanding the function of behaviour to improve long-term quality of life outcomes. Caren provides comprehensive NDIS behaviour support, including Functional Behaviour Assessments, Interim and Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans, and practical implementation support.
Working from a strong values base, Caren is committed to seeing each person beyond their diagnosis and behaviours, prioritising collaboration with families, carers, and support teams. She brings a deep understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds and has worked successfully with individuals with trauma histories, forensic backgrounds, psychosocial disability, and complex presentations.

Jamie Gregg

Jamie Gregg is a Behaviour Support Practitioner with strong, hands-on experience supporting individuals with complex needs. He has worked extensively with people with disability, including those with forensic backgrounds and high-intensity behavioural presentations, and brings a calm, consistent approach to managing challenging situations.

Guided by strong personal values and a faith-informed approach, Jamie works with integrity, respect, and compassion, supporting each person with dignity while remaining inclusive of participants from all backgrounds.

Jamie is particularly well suited to working with male participants, including adolescents and adults, who benefit from a steady and grounded male presence. He builds genuine rapport while maintaining clear boundaries, supporting engagement, safety, and positive behavioural outcomes.

He focuses on practical, person-centred strategies that promote skill development, emotional regulation, and long-term change - helping participants and their support teams feel more confident, stable, and supported.
